Chardonnay
One of the richer, weightier chardonnays in recent years, redolent of creamy golden apple, Asian pear and honeydew melon with complementary coconut and sweet oak scents

Creamy and lush on the palate, it possesses ripe flavors of golden apple, bright pear, and honeysuckle that all weave together naturally in the soft, creamy finish.
The nose reveals ripe apple, melon, citrus and tropical fruit aromas enriched by creamy malolactic tones, spicy French oak nuances and enticing baked bread scents.
Sauvignon Blanc
An exuberant wine brimming with flavors of pineapple and stone fruit with a hint of herbaceousness on the palate. The finish is fresh and zesty.
Fresh, crisp and clean with zesty flavors of ripe tropical fruits, especially passionfruit and pineapple with subtle hints of nettle.

Pinot Grigio
Smooth and pleasant flavors of tropical and green apple mark this more elegantly styled Pinot Grigio. Its a great wine to enjoy alone as an aperitif or to march with poultry.
The wine tastes fresh, light, and woody. The predominant flavors are grapefruit, pineapple and citrus. The finish is on the short side but no matter.

Riesling

White stone fruit, white peach, apricot, cool and delicious. Think Fuji apple, shiro plum, lime leaves. Focused and a very long, minerally finish. Kung Fu Girl.
The taste of this light-bodied German Riesling consists primarily of pears and apples. It's medium-sweet and has very smooth, low acidity.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Velvety with dense flavors of black cherry, cola and freshly roasted coffee beans which lead to soft tannins and a plush, lengthy finish.
Deep ruby in color with intense and intriguing layers of juicy berries and dark plum, toasty oak notes, and spicy hints of sweet bay leaf and anise.
A touch under-ripe but then a nice blackcurrant sweetness come through. Very succulent fruit. Nice length and clarity, very sophisticated.

Merlot
